Does Frank manage to fool everyone in his new position as a lawyer?

No. When he starts to attend church and meets another Harvard graduate, the other man grows suspicious. He starts asking a lot of questions that Frank cannot answer, and eventually questions Frank's degree and his job with the state's attorney's office.
