Operation Royal Flush is basically the plan Noah and Abbey cook up to catch the Coral Queen dumping sewage. They pool all their cash and buy a bunch of fuchsia food coloring so when they flush it down the boat’s toilets, the waste coming out later will be bright pink and obvious. Shelly helps hide the dye on the boat and they split up squeezing it into the toilets so when the boat dumps, the dye shows the pollution trail. It’s a funny but clever way to prove Dusty’s really polluting.
