As the leader of the Pontifex Maximus post, Caesar becomes the patriarch of the Vestal Virgins. The Vestals are Licinia, Fabia, Popilla, Arruntia, Junia, and Quinctilia, and as such are vital to the Roman religion. The Vestal Virgins tend the sacred fire of Vesta, something the Roman's believed affected the empire's fate and prosperity. It was their job to make sure the fire was always lit, in addition to performing state religious rituals and celebrations.

The Vestal Virgins are chosen by the Pontifex Maximus when they're very young, after which, they are considered the property of the state of Rome. The virgins also take vows of chastity and serve the state for thirty years.
