Why does Eddie go to Angel’s house in Chapter 8? Who is there?

Eddie goes to Angel's house to attack him and sneaks in through the back yard to attempt to ambush Angel. It just so happens that Samuel is at Angel's house at the same time, something Eddie had not counted on.
