What is Angel’s objective with Eddie in Chapter 1?

Angel wants Eddie to help him so they can kill the guy who killed Jesús and even the score. Jesús's mother, Eddie's Aunt Dolores, also wants Eddie to find the guy to kill him and avenge her son's death.
