How do the girls feel about their chosen fields of study in Duty?

Duty is about the brown girls who choose career paths because their parents gave them no other options. These career paths are practical but exhausting and so very challenging. Girls cry on rounds in the hospital and others change majors because they cannot keep their grades up and are not happy with the subjects they are studying.
