Young Gav does not mean to insult Bridget when he calls her stomach "squishy." Since Bridget and Gav have gone on a couple of dates it is safe to assume that he is attracted to Bridget. Gav's words show that he is too young to understand how Bridget might feel about dating a twenty-two year old.
