What does Maggie want Ira to allow?

Maggie suggests that Leroy come to live with her and Ira. Ira refuses to allow this to happen. He does not think that it will be healthy for everyone. Ira knows that Fiona would not be happy away from Leroy and obviously Fiona cannot live so close to Jesse. Fiona still has feelings for Jesse.
