Who is Hugo Seelig from Bread Givers?

Hugo Seelig is Sara's administrator (principal) in the school where she works. The two become romantically involved, and it is Hugo that convinces Sara that Reb's presence in their home will be a positive experience. Hugo even requests that Reb teach him Hebrew, somthing the older man welcomes and respects.
