Who is Jeb Price from Body of Evidence?

Sparacino hires Jeb Price to sneak into the morgue and photograph the dead bodies, as well as to steal information from Scarpetta's files. Price is caught in the act and arrested, but not before Scarpetta leaves her mark. He is later released on bail.
