Who is Valdora from Blood of the Fold and what is their importance?

Valdora lived at the Palace of Prophets when she was a young woman but was kicked out of the Palace when she refused to stop casting glamor spells. Now an old woman, Valdora tries to kill Annalina for putting her out of the Palace and taking her youth away. Valdora is killed by Nathan.
