Who is Valdora from Blood of the Fold and what is their importance?

Valdora once resided in the Palace of Prophets, but after refusing to stop casting glamor spells, she was kicked out of the Palace. Valdor, now an old woman, attempts to murder Annalina for putting her out of the Palace, and thus, robbong her of her youth. Valdora is killed by Nathan.
