Who is Jagang from Blood of the Fold and what is their importance?

Jagang is a dream walker..... the first to be born in over three thousand years. His plan is to take over the Palace of the Prophets, so he can study and influence the prophecies' directions and rid the world of magic. While living in the Palace, his aging process will be slowed. Jagang often takes on the form of the Creator and enslaves those with the gift using magic to destroy magic.
