Who is Holly from Blood of the Fold and what is their importance?

Holly is Valdora's granddaughter. After her grandmother is killed, Holly leaves with Annalina to learn to be a Sister of the Light. She is best remembered for selling honey cakes to Richard and others on the streets of Aydindril.
