what is to become of Krook's Rag and Bottle house, now that he has died? Is its disposition a surprise?

All of Krook's property will go to the Smallweeds because, as we find out now, Grandmother Smallweed is Mr. Krook's sister. This was unknown to anyone in the story, but comes out now because Grandfather Smallweed steps in to make sure that his inheritance is secured. There was no friendship between Krook and these relatives, but now that he is dead, they are very interested in everything he might have owned.
