Who is Johnny Morrison in The Minds of Billy Milligan?

Johnny Morrison is Billy's father. He kills himself when Billy is just a few years old. His father was Jewish, which apparently explains Billy's alter personality Samuel. Samuel is the only one of Billy's many personalities to believe in God.
