Who is Steven from Airhead #2: Being Nikki and what is their importance?

Steven is Nikki's brother (the real Nikki). He is a military officer, and he is responsible for instigating the investigation into his mother's disappearance. Over the course of the novel, he has a budding romance with Lulu.
