What does Christine wonder about her journal in the beginning of Part 3: Today?

Christine wonders why there is a week missing from the journal, but believes part of the reason is because it was with Dr. Nash for most of that time. Christine looks in Ben's office and finds the lock box where he kept Adam's pictures, but now it is open and holds only a new copy of her novel.
