Barn Burning What is the point of view and how does it create tension in the story Barn Burning? Asked by bookragstutor on 20 Aug 10:22 Last updated by Jill W on 27 Feb 11:21
Barn Burning is written in the third-person, limited point of view. The fact that the point of view is limited increases the tension and the shock, as the reader finds out information in much the same way as the protagonist.
