Who is Michael from Bad Girls of the Bible and what is their importance?

Michal is the daughter of King Saul. She is love with David and the couple wishes to be married. Because of their relationship and Saul's disapproval, he unsuccessfully attempts to have David killed on several occasions. When Saul becomes even more determined to rid himself of David, Michal urges him to hide and helps him escape. Afterward, David marries several other women, while Saul arranges Michal's marriage to another man. Unfortunately, she and David are already married.

Years later, David again asks for Michal as part of an agreement with Saul's family. She is thrilled to return to him, but after her return, she is disgusted by his worship of God. Higgs says that Michal loved David more than she loved God...... the ultimate reason for her opposition of the way in which he worshipped God.
