Who is Lottie from Bad Girls of the Bible and what is their importance?

Lottie lives near Spirit Lake, which is located in the shadow of Mount St. Helen. When the mountain threatens eruption, Lottie doesn't want to leave, so she engineers a way to remain behind when the evacuation orders come. In the end, she dies because she wouldn't leave her possessions. She represents a modern interpretation of Lot's wife.
