What does Devin do to convince her to go to the gazebo?

Devin tells Evelyn that her father must know something that he doesn't want her to know. He guides her toward the gazebo without Evelyn even realizing it. Devin says that she'll discover something delicious in the gazebo. Evelyn sees the gazebo for the first time and thinks that it looks enchanting. She follows Devin inside, but it's different inside. Suddenly, the gazebo looks disappointing and the air seems warmer.
