How does Mitzi get Joe alone?

After Christopher leaves, Mitzi makes a few calls, telling the gardener and housekeeper not to come. She calls her husband's company and asks for Joe. She tells him that she needs him to come get a file and cell phone that Christopher left behind. Joe tells her that he'll be right over.
