What collage did Daniel describe to Elisabeth in 1995?

Daniel described a collage with a dark blue background. There was a shape on the background that looked like a full moon. On top of the moon was a black and white lady in a swimsuit that had been cut from a magazine. Next to her was a giant hand. The giant hand was holding a tiny baby's hand. Underneath all of that was a stylized picture of the woman's face repeated multiple times, but with a different colored curl of real hair on each face. In the distance of the collage was a ship. Then there was some pink lacy material stuck on the picture in a number of places at the top.
