On pages 129-144, what happens when Elisabeth walks by the fence?

When Elisabeth walks by the fence, an SUV starts to follow her. It passes her and then a man rolls down the window and tells her that she cannot walk there. He says that it is private land. Elisabeth disagrees. He takes her picture and warns her that if she insists on walking near the fence, legal charges might be implemented against her.
