As Asterix and Obelix are walking, Asterix mentions his desire for a ﬁght, followed immediately by the sound of the Romans' approach. Asterix and Obelix hide in a tree. When they attack the Romans, the Romans put up a token show of resistance and are beaten very badly by Asterix and Obelix. The Gauls save the impostor, Caligula.
