In Chapter 25, what does the group realize about Fitz and what do they do about it?

Fitz's group realizes how changed Fitz is since they have been on this road. Because of the blizzard they are unable to move farther away from it, so they take turns trying to keep him awake and his mind on other things besides Skilling and sleeping.
