Who is Mr. Hellfrick from Ask the Dust?

Mr. Hellfrick also lives at the hotel, and he is Arturo's next door neighbor. He has a drinking problem, looks sickly, and does very little outside of sitting around in his robe. Hellfrick is also known to have an obsession with meat.
