What happened to Elisha after he was forced to watch the rabbis be executed?

Elisha wandered around the arena, wracked in agony. He does not leave the arena until the next day when he is found by the attendants. Elisha is then taken to the home of his old mentor, Nicholaus, who takes care for him. Soon, Elisha returns to Antioch to complete his studies. He is completely broken by the loss of his friends and the loss of his dignity.
