Why does Rosalind tell Celia not to pity Silvius when he finds out that Phebe's letter to Ganymede is a love letter?

Celia pities Silvius after he learns that the letter he delivered to Ganymede for Phebe is in fact a love letter. Rosalind claims that Silvius is not deserving of pity because he loves such an unlovable woman.
