What are the stipulations Duke Frederick gives Oliver in the event that he does not find Orlando?

Duke Frederick gives Oliver one year to find his brother and bring him back dead or alive. Duke Frederick will hold Oliver's property and possessions, and if he does not find Orlando, the property and possessions will be confiscated and Oliver exiled.
