What has happened to Juliet since Holly retrieved her powers?

Juliet enters Holly's cell in a bit of a snit as Artemis has given her a command to go to there. Juliet has even dropped her radio and leaves it in the room she was in when Artemis called. She enters Holly's room and does not see anyone. She takes a tentative step inside and moves her sunglasses to see the interior better.
