What happens to Mulch while he is in prison in his latest incident?

Mulch is in a cell at LEP central, trying to look like he isn't scared even though he is quaking in his boots. The goblin-dwarf turf war is flaring up and someone has decided to put Mulch in with a gang of goblins. A goblin makes a fireball around his fist. Mulch does not like fire and he breaks out in a sweat. The goblin tries to antagonize Mulch and, inhaling the fireball, threatens to jam the fireball down Mulch's throat.
