Who is Kerithwyn from Arrow's Flight and what is their importance?

Kerithwyn is a Healer. She assists Talia and Kris in nursing the plague victims at Hevenbeck. Kerithwyn also tells Talia that her shields are full of holes and warns her that she needs to learn to control her Gift.
