Who is Tony Clarke?

Tony Clarke is an assistant to Winterbottom, and takes over some of Winterbottom's duties when he becomes ill. Clarke is somewhat sympathetic to the situation of Ezeulu and of Umuaro, but when Ezeulu refuses to do exactly what Clarke wants him to, Clarke becomes angry and confrontational.
