chapter 6 and 7 main points

In Chapter Six of Around the World in 80 Days, Fix is at the dock in Suez waiting for the Mongolia. He's worried that it won't arrive. The British Consul answers Fix's questions about teh ship. Fix is almost certain that his suspect is a passenger on the Mongolia. A group starts to disembark. A man looking very nervous gets off the ship. Fix takes the passport from the man and looks at it. The man says that it is not his passport but his masters. Fix says that each person has to present their own. The man runs back on board.

Chapter 7

Fix highly suspects that the man on the boat is his suspect. He makes his way to the British Consulate to give the Consul his suspicions. Soon enough a man calling himself Mr. Fogg shows up with a passport to be validated. After the Consul speaks with him they let him go. Fix is upset because he is certain that this is his man. He is most anxious to find some sort of incriminating evidence so that he can arrest him before he leaves the British Colony.
