Compare the lives of the animals when they live under Jones and under Napoleon. In what ways has Napoleon proven himself a similar tyrant?

Although Napoleon has successfully made the other animals believe their better off under his rule, they are no better off. Jones and Napoleon are similar in that they make the animals work just as hard and provide them with no more than is necessary, all while they profit from the animals' labor. In the end, Napoleon is more human than animal.
