Louis, reviewing some of Joe Pitt's decisions for Judge Wilson, comes across a decision regarding a gay man whom the army tried to deny a pension. Joe, writing for Wilson, found for the soldier, but not because he was afforded protections as a legal minority. It was because the man disclosed his homosexuality when enlisted. The decision serves, in fact, to deny legal protection to gays.
