How do Prior and Hannah meet the second time?

Prior has taken to following Joe Pitt by Act 4, Scene 5. He follows Joe to the Mormon Visitor Center where he tries to interrogate Hannah about him. While doing this, Prior collapses from exhaustion, and Hannah helps him to St. Vincent's Hospital.
