Who are the Salt Lake Boys?

The Salt Lake Boys are four orphans found in Salt Lake. Two of the boys are with Adam Bragg's band. One of the brothers has been picked up in the North and no one knows where he is. Another brother tried to be a suicide bomber but could not get his suit to blow up before they killed him.
