Alfonso from Always Running: La Vida Loca, Gang Days in L.A is Luis's father. He calls him Poncho, and considers his father a philosopher of sorts. When he gets into trouble, his father always asks him to explain himself and to discuss it with him. Luis is always frustrated talking to his father because he has to reason his way into or out of arguments, which he doesn't like to do.
