Who is Cordelia in the book, Almost Famous, a Talent Novel?

Cordelia Kingsley, called Coco, is the daughter of Charles Kingsley, a wealthy hotel magnate, and Cardammon, a rock and roll superstar. She lives in the top-floor suite of one of her father's hotels, which is complete with a private dance studio designed for her.
