The structure of the book is fairly unusual. It is ordinary in that there is a Preface, Table of Contents and chapters. It is less ordinary in a number of other ways. There is more than one table of contents. One of these is concise and general. Later, there is another one which gives more details. The second of them includes a table for sections of the book as a whole.
