Quinn and Graham take the fortunes from the Chinese food that Ethan ordered for Sasha and himself. Graham’s fortune says that he will make a good business transaction that day. At first, he is disappointed because he took the day off. Later, he tells Quinn that if he had been at work he would never met her. Quinn’s fortune advises her not to focus on her faults. It is only later, after she has struggled so long with infertility, that she understands the importance of focusing on one’s positive features instead of the negative. The fortunes are symbols of the future.
