All Our Wrong Todays: A Novel
What is Rebecca's favorite novel in the book, All Our Wrong Todays: A Novel?
.

.
The novel Great Expectations, which Rebecca reads in every version of reality, symbolizes Rebecca’s uniqueness. No matter how much Rebecca changes in other respects when reality is altered, there is always a scene in which she reads this book, and each time Tom portrays her interest in this book as antiquated and a bit odd compared to others in the society around her. While others engage in futuristic storytelling or disregard Victorian novels, Rebecca carves her own path and gets pleasure from this book. This rejection of societal standards mirrors Pip’s realization, in Great Expectations itself, that being kind and genuine is more important than conforming to the upper class and being a social climber.
