Who is Dominic in the novel, All-Night Pharmacy?

Dominic is Debbie's boyfriend. The two have been together for years. The narrator believes that Dominic is a relatively innocuous individual, with the exception of his opioid and heroin addictions. Debbie originally moves in with Dominic after her mother kicks her out of the house for stripping at a local club. She stays with him until her disappearance.
