The U.S. Constitution was drafted during the Constitutional Convention of 1787, including Hamilton, and ratified by all American states thereafter. Hamilton is an ardent support of the Constitution, for it is the law and order which he greatly values over the chaos and wild government that follows revolutions, such as in France.
