Explain the approach Einstein wants the U.S. to take in regards to the atomic bomb after its creation.

Einstein urges the U.S. to warn enemy nations of the bomb's existence, and perhaps to test it for their benefit in a secluded area where civilians are not be injured by the blast. He feels that a demonstration is sufficient to convince aggressive nations to behave themselves, having seen the horrific consequences firsthand.
