How does Randy plan to find and battle the highwaymen?

He's going to use a grocery truck. Randy plans to drive twenty miles an hour since driving any slower is suspicious. He checks the weapons and assigns them to the men inside the truck. Holes are cut in the truck for sighting and shooting. Randy checks the truck, equipment and gun ports. He smears mud on rear ports to cover shiny fresh-cut holes. They leave at four o'clock.
