Doug Doherty, Nguyen Van Trung, Ron Smith, and Mike Lee from Airframe are the investigative team that Norton Air puts together to research the crash of the fatal flight. Of all of them, Ron Smith is helpful to Casey as he is able to interpret the data that they take from the flight recorders and is able to give her the proof that she needs to prove that it was pilot error.
